Several things are usually missing. The question is which one, filled, would answer the most management questions. That is a judgment and it is the one worth practicing.
Audit, Finance, Insurance, Support, budget planning. A field with somebody waiting for it stays up to date. A field justified by completeness gets filled once and decays.
Most of the wrong answers here are the ones that make the data look better. That is the instinct this exists to catch.
