Why this game exists. Week 9 is applied data analysis, and week 6 already covered reading a chart honestly. This week is one step further on: the numbers are already in front of you, correctly drawn, and the question is what they actually support. Every round here is a small, invented data set, five or six rows, and the wrong answers are not silly. They are the plausible sounding conclusion a busy person reaches from the same numbers, which is exactly why it is worth getting them wrong once here. Sometimes the honest answer is that the data cannot tell you yet, and that is allowed to be correct.
