Why this game exists. Week 13's own scope, transcribed in
docs/plan/WEEK-12-14.md, names advanced controls, a more complex app with
multiple screens and data manipulation, workflow integration between Power Apps and
Power Automate, and a Power App that consumes an external API. None of these rounds
names a menu path, a control, a function, a price, a license tier or a limit. They lean
on what stays true no matter which low-code platform is in front of you: when a job
belongs in an automated flow rather than a screen a person opens, whether a trigger
should fire on the event itself or on a schedule, what a long-running call owes the
person waiting on it, what an app owes the person reading it when an outside call fails
or comes back empty, and the cost of writing the same rule twice.
