Ten characters or more. Length beats symbols, so a short phrase you will remember is stronger than P@ssw0rd. It is checked against known breach lists.

Join code from your facilitator

This is what proves the seat is yours. Ask for it in the room. Making a login without it gets you nothing.

Only addresses your facilitator has seated can join a cohort, and claiming a seat needs the code. Creating a login with any other address works and gets you nothing, which is the point.
